An ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) is a unique number that identifies a SIM card or eSIM profile. Think of it as your eSIM’s serial number: it tells a provider exactly which eSIM you have. Source: GSMA
You don’t need to memorise it or understand how it works. But if you need help with your travel eSIM, knowing where to find your ICCID makes contacting support easier.
Why Does Flash Customer Support Need Your ICCID?
Flash uses your ICCID to identify your order and check the status of your eSIM. If you have trouble installing your eSIM or getting connected while travelling, this number helps our support team locate the right details.
This is especially useful if you’ve bought several eSIMs for different trips or family members. Sharing the ICCID for the eSIM you need help with lets us identify the correct one.
The ICCID alone doesn’t explain every connection issue, but it gives our team a clear starting point.
Where Can You Find Your Flash eSIM’s ICCID?
Flash includes the ICCID with every eSIM we send out. It is always below the QR code, in the eSIM details section.
To find yours:
- Open the eSIM details you received from Flash.
- Look below the QR code.
- Find the number labelled ICCID.
When contacting Flash Customer Support, copy and paste the full number into your message. Include a short description of the problem, your phone model, and the country you’re in to help us investigate.
Is an ICCID the Same as a QR Code?
No. Your QR code helps you install your eSIM, while your ICCID identifies that eSIM. When our support team asks for your ICCID, send the number listed below the QR code.
A Small Detail That Makes Support Easier
Before your trip, save your Flash eSIM details somewhere you can access without an internet connection. If you need help along the way, you’ll have your ICCID ready.
Need help with your Flash eSIM? Contact Flash Customer Support with your ICCID so we can identify your order, check your eSIM’s status, and help you get connected.
