First, check your eSIM list to see if the eSIM has already been installed. If it is installed, the message may appear because you haven’t arrived at your destination and no supported network is available yet. Simply turn on the eSIM when you arrive.
If the eSIM was not installed, restart your phone and try again with a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support.
If you haven’t received your eSIM within 10 minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder. If it’s still missing, email Customer Support at help@flashglobalsim.com with your Order ID and we’ll resend it to you.
