What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into compatible devices. It lets you connect to a mobile network without inserting a physical SIM card.

How does an eSIM work?

An eSIM works like a physical SIM, but digitally. Once installed on your device, it connects you to the supported mobile network at your destination.

What is the difference between eSIM & SIM cards?

An eSIM is installed digitally, while a physical SIM is a card that needs to be inserted manually into your device. Both can provide mobile data and network connectivity.

Can I use an eSIM and SIM card simultaneously?

Yes, most eSIM-compatible phones support using an eSIM and physical SIM at the same time. Exact functionality depends on your device.

What are the benefits of using an eSIM?

What does unlimited data mean?

Our unlimited data plans allow unlimited data usage, with speeds capped at 10 Mbps. This is suitable for everyday use, including social media, browsing, and video streaming, but may not be suitable for 4K streaming.

What is the difference between daily and fixed-data plans?
