That’s normal if you haven’t arrived yet. The eSIM is installed and connects when you land. Tap OK, and don’t delete or reinstall the eSIM.
Check that your Flash eSIM line is on and Data Roaming is ON. Then turn Airplane Mode on and off.
Use the one-tap install button in your email instead. If that doesn’t work, install manually using the details in your email. Also make sure your phone supports eSIM.
Use the QR code method to install instead.
Most of our eSIMs can be reinstalled. You must reinstall it on the same phone you used before.
